As a Customer Optimization & Enablement Specialist, you will have the exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team whose goal is to make it seamless for customers to do business with AWS. The Customer Optimization & Enablement Specialist is strategically positioned to impact customer experience with AWS by 1) optimizing customers' costs and account governance on AWS, 2) by working on pre- and post-sales engagements with sales teams and customers and 3) by contributing to regional or EMEA initiatives that impact customer experience and satisfaction with AWS.

You should be a self-starter, comfortable working directly with customers, possess exceptional organizational skills, capable of creating simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems, and thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Manage numerous requests concurrently
· Solve a variety of customer requests from account structure to cost optimization
· Simplify complex issues, provide customized reporting with the ability to understand, analyze and effectively communicate to AWS customers
· Develop training and documentation that the organization and customers can leverage at scale
· Work with multiple internal teams to improve customer journey and experience
· Drive cross team collaboration to surface and share best practices across your customers

Job responsibilities


· BA/BS degree required
· Experience in technology related sales, cloud and/or business development
· Strong interest in developing a career in cloud technology
· 1+ year experience in analyzing data in MS Excel and bringing insights
· Analytical problem solvers
· Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to function well in loosely structured situations
· Fluency in English and Russian language


· Experience working with sales or in sales
· Experience working with, and/or having knowledge of cloud computing and existing cloud technologies
· Advanced Salesforce.com experience including the development of dashboards and reports
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Delivers and demands high-quality work
· Exhibits sound business judgment, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership and leading data backed analyses
· Fluency in another European language
