The role of Hub Central Europe Communications Specialist is to lead and implement the Hub communications initiatives according to the Hub/global division communications plan and roadmaps with the support of the Hub management team and related functions. As well as coordination & implementation of activities for the Hub, supporting the division projects, cross Hub projects and factories communication activities. Reporting to the Hub Division Manager Europe you will ensure executional excellence for all communications measures in line with brand positioning, corporate identity/ design guidelines and global strategy.

Your responsibilities
  • Identifying, planning and execution of Hub internal communication activities, like Hub newsletter, events, cultural projects
  • Maintaining branding in line with global initiatives and standards in all factories/location of the Hub
  • Supporting and engaging the communication strategy of Hub management including functions like Finance, HR, HSE
  • Identifying, planning and executing specific external communication activities of the Hub, aligned with Division and BA guidelines
  • Conducting global communication of the Division/ BA campaigns (e.g. product launches support) within the Hub
  • Taking responsibility for Hub crisis communication, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and community relations in line with Division globally defined processes
Your background
  • A master’s degree in Communication or similar with 3–5 years of experience in communication or similar field
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word, power point)
  • Experience in digital marketing and project management will be considered a plus
  • A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills in English
  • The ability to manage complex issues, work and leading in cross-functional environment
