ABB Measurement and Analytics (PAMA) develops, produces, sells, delivers and services products and solutions to enable industrial and energy customers to operate more efficiently and profitably. We are dedicated to serving our customers with the best digitally enabled solutions to meet their needs quickly and reliably, while providing the support of a global service network. Under the supervision of the applications engineering supervisor, the project manager takes charge of the management of custom products and ensures the effective management of the modified standard products (MPS) projects for the various analytical product lines of the business unit.

Your responsibilities
  • Responsible for schedules and budget (costs) for all of his MPS projects.
  • Responsible for communication with the customers.
  • Responsible for cost consolidation during the bidding process on MSP projects.
  • Coordinates the factory acceptance tests (FAT) with customers.
  • Participates in the implementation of technical solutions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Coordinates the various activities related to his projects (development of the technical solution, integration, testing, customer training).
  • Works in close collaboration with the Operations, Sales, Order Entry, After-sale, Applications, and Engineering teams.
  • Participates in various continuous improvement activities.
Your background
  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in project management or has developed know-how relevant to the position (minimum 5 years).
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with customers is an important asset.
  • Excellent communication of French and English (spoken and written).
  • Be available to travel occasionally.
  • Customer-oriented and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Excellent in priority management.
  • Shows great leadership.
  • Demonstrates a sense of entrepreneurship and initiative.
  • Fully committed to carrying out his mandates, the candidate is autonomous, analytical, has good communication skills both spoken and written, and is comfortable communicating with customers.
