The Sales Support Specialist will report directly to the head of Sales for Tekomar products and will have a crucial role in the operations, with direct impact on the revenue results achieved by the Product Group and the customer satisfaction. The position is a good platform for learning about the business and taking growing responsibilities. ABB Tekomar Solution include XPERT and CYLUBE product, Tekomar XPERT is an Engine Diagnostics and Advisory Software which can evaluate performance accurately, quantifies deviations and potential fuel oil savings. With its inherent intelligence, the software advices what settings or maintenance to use to return to optimum performance instantly. Tekomar CYLUBE is an upgrade package for the mechanical lubricators from MAN MC/-C, UEC and RTA engine, which can significantly save the cylinder lube oil by changing from engine speed dependent to load dependent with short payback time.

Your responsibilities
  • Global order management and invoicing of Tekomar products to end-customers and to internal local divisions
  • Renewal of licenses and management of recurring business in SAP system
  • On-time delivery and credit management for specific customers
  • Smooth processing of complaints (replacement deliveries, returns, credit notes, etc.)
  • Identify and propose SAP projects aimed at automatization of system and processes
  • Generate and manage offers to potential customers and purchase orders
  • Solve specific customers’ issues: identify, evaluate, and propose out of the box solutions
  • Results reporting and support to controlling function
  • Other activities of sales administration and sales management
Your background
  • Education in business administration or accounting or controlling areas
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in invoicing, order handling, sales support
  • Exceptional customer centric approach and service attitude
  • Resilience, motivation, can-do-attitude, and curiosity to improve processes and system setup
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Interest and capabilities to work in direct contact with customers
  • Interest in working in software area, for an engineering company
  • Experience working in SAP (especially modules SD and MM)
