For our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as
TASKS WITH IMPACT
- Daily monitoring of all key KPIs related to demand and stock availability, and immediate implementation of insights by adjusting forecasts and communicating with Purchasing and Brand Management
- Development of tools to capture and consolidate order quantities from different countries, as well as preparation of overviews for budget approval and tracking
- Development of push models with recommendations for initial order quantities per store size and definition of intelligent replenishment rules to optimize availability across all channels
- Management of the product lifecycle, including master data checks to ensure accurate replenishment suggestions via Relex
- Calculation of order requirements at SKU level based on sales plans, including warehouse/store coverage, lead times, minimum order quantities, expiration dates, testers, and marketing needs
- Proactive stock optimization, reduction of overstock, and early management of SKU delistings in collaboration with the Cluster Activation Management
- Execution of improvement projects such as implementing rolling forecasts with strategic suppliers to optimize lead times, quantities, and prices
YOUR SKILLS
- At least three completed semesters of a business, engineering, or natural sciences degree program, with above-average academic performance
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Confident use of Excel; first experience with BI and reporting tools is a plus
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- High willingness to learn, strong team spirit, and excellent communication skills
