TASKS WITH IMPACT- Acting as a Controlling Business Partner for the E-Commerce Headquarters teams with a focus on Partner Program, Social Commerce, Omnichannel Excellence and Payment
- Analyzing key E-Commerce performance indicators, monitoring target achievements and deriving meaningful recommendations based on identified deviations
- Supporting the preparation of presentations related to monthly financial statements, forecasts and budget planning while collaborating closely with management
- Conducting analyses related to the Douglas X-Channel business, Partner Program, Social Commerce and other strategic business initiatives
- Contributing to the further development of reporting and analysis standards within Controlling
- Supporting the preparation of the monthly payment cost reporting and creating transparency around relevant financial metrics
- Acting as a central point of contact for payment cost related topics and facilitating collaboration between Group Payment and Controlling

- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Finance or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in Controlling, Finance or E-Commerce, ideally within an international retail or omnichannel environment
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence in working with data-driven insights
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, ideally complemented by experience with reporting or planning tools
- Structured and independent way of working with the ability to manage complex topics effectively
- Clear communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders
- Fluent English language skills complete your profile
