Key responsibilities:
* Support the Centre Manager in daily operations
* Lead and motivate staff
* Ensure high standards of service and compliance
* Handle customer enquiries and issues
About you:
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Organised, proactive, and customer-focused
* Experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
* Experience within an automotive environment is preferred
Hours:
You will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. Some weekend working may be required.
Pay:
Annual salary is between £32k - £34k. Garage bonuses are available.
