The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Monday to Friday - 6.00am to 4.00pm with ½ hour unpaid lunch break. Every third Saturday - 8.00am to 12noon.

We are currently recruiting for a Trailer & Car Transport Specialist to join our client in their Swindon depot.
The candidate must have:
* Safely transport cars, vans, trailers, and other vehicles to customer locations, workshops, auctions, and designated sites.
* Load, secure, and unload vehicles using approved equipment and methods.
* Conduct pre-use and post-use inspections of transport vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
* Ensure all loads are secured correctly and comply with legal requirements before travel.
* Complete vehicle condition reports and obtain customer signatures where required.
* Maintain accurate transport records, delivery documentation, and job updates.
* Plan routes efficiently to meet collection and delivery schedules.
* Communicate professionally with customers regarding collection and delivery arrangements.
* Report vehicle damage, defects, incidents, or delays promptly to management.
* Carry out routine checks and basic maintenance of trailers, transport equipment, and company vehicles.
* Adhere to all company health and safety procedures, road traffic regulations, and transport compliance requirements.
* Assist with depot operations and vehicle movements as required.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation of company vehicles and equipment.
* Represent the company in a professional manner, delivering excellent customer service at all times.
* Support colleagues and other departments to ensure efficient depot operations and customer satisfaction.
