What's involved?
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality dishes during service.
Take responsibility for your section and ensure it is service-ready.
Help train and support junior members of the kitchen team.
Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
Work closely with the team to deliver a smooth and efficient service.
Step up and lead the kitchen when required.
Ensuring a smooth and efficient service at all times.
