Due to an exciting period of growth within the business, our client is looking to add an Office Administrator to the team ,where you will be required to provide a high-level ff administrative support to the office, whilst liaising directly with colleagues, clients and providers on a regular basis.
The ideal candidate will be a keen, enthusiastic individual with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Administrator role, and be able to access the Tonbridge office 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for any client queries, questions or updates, ensuring a high-level of customer service and communication is maintained at all times
* Complete administrative tasks with a high-degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Work closely with different departments across the business to ensure the smooth-running of daily work
* Updating internal systems and databases
* Complete client documentation when required, liaising with other departments across the business to ensure smooth-completion of work
Key Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
* Excellent communication, confident liaising with colleagues, clients and third parties of all levels
* Any Financial Services experience would be highly advantageous
* Excellent organization skills with the ability to multi-task when required
* Able to use initiative in a fast-paced setting
