I am seeking an experienced MRICS‑qualified Commercial Valuation Surveyor to join a growing Newcastle team for a national property consultancy that I am working with. This role offers the chance to work across a diverse portfolio, delivering high‑quality valuation advice for lenders, investors, developers, and corporate clients.
Your new role
Providing Red Book‑compliant valuations across commercial asset classes
Managing client relationships and delivering clear, evidence‑based reports
Undertaking inspections, market research, and financial analysis
Supporting wider business development and contributing to team growth
