The Role
- Brand strategy & positioning - built from real consumer evidence rather than opinion
- Consumer insight - turning research into decisions
- Content & organic social - evolving from output to impact
- PR, partnerships & influencer - making the brand talked about, not just seen
- Creative direction - briefing and steering agencies to deliver standout work
- Brand measurement - linking brand to CAC, LTV, and real commercial outcomes
- Ownership of £multi-million brand budget
- Lead a strong in-house team to ensure brand drives measurable growth.
