Experience to be Considered
• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on utility-scale energy, power, industrial, or infrastructure projects — ideally with experience across BESS, substations, renewables, power generation, or grid infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of electrical installation techniques including LV/MV systems, switchgear, transformers, cabling, containment, earthing, and control systems.
• Previous experience working within live energy or HV environments would be highly advantageous.
• Experience supervising multi-disciplinary site teams and subcontractors within fast-paced construction programmes.
• Strong working knowledge of HSEQ procedures, permit-to-work systems, RAMS, and safe systems of work.
