TeacherActive is proud to be working with Taddington & Priestcliffe Primary School, who are looking to appoint an experienced Office Administrator. The school is looking for a reliable and organised individual who can contribute positively to the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.
The school is looking to take on an Office Administrator on a long-term basis, with the opportunity to become permanent. The successful Office Administrator will work 32.5 hours per week across 5 days, for 39 weeks of the year.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Managing and maintaining accurate school records
• Handling correspondence and general administrative duties
• Managing and updating the school website
• Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
• Using Excel, Arbor and ParentPay as part of the day-to-day administration of the school
• Attending 6 governors' meetings per year from 5pm until 6:30pm
The successful Office Administrator will have:
• Previous administrative experience, with school-based experience highly valued
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience using Arbor and ParentPay
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• The ability to maintain accurate records and handle correspondence professionally
• A reliable, flexible and proactive approach
