Job Title: Registered Manager – Children’s Residential (EBD)
Location: Nottinghamshire
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Bonus

Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand new children’s residential home supporting young people aged 7–17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
This is a unique opportunity to build a service from the ground up, shape the culture, and create a high quality, therapeutic environment focused on positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Register with Ofsted as the Registered Manager
• Lead, manage, and develop a high performing staff team
• Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations
• Deliver high quality, child centred care and support
• Develop and oversee individualised care plans
• Manage budgets and resources effectively
• Build strong relationships with external professionals and stakeholders
• Lead a therapeutic and relational approach to care
• Review and match referrals appropriately
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care
• Experience supporting young people with EBD
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards)
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted and regulatory frameworks
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Full UK driving licence
Desirable
• Experience opening or developing a new children’s home
