Location: Manfield (4 days office 1 day remote)
Salary: 30-35k plus commission
The opportunity:
We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join a growing sales team and create new opportunities across marketing, digital, creative and business services.
This is a proactive new-business role for someone who enjoys opening doors, starting conversations and turning prospects into genuine sales opportunities.
You'll identify potential customers, engage with decision-makers and work closely with the wider sales team to build a strong pipeline.
What you'll be doing:
Identify and research new business opportunities.
Contact prospective customers through phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
Identify key contacts and engage decision-makers.
Qualify prospects and understand their business needs.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Work with the wider sales team to progress qualified opportunities.
Manage activity and prospect information through the CRM.
Monitor results and identify ways to improve conversion.
Work towards and exceed agreed monthly targets.What we're looking for:
You'll be commercially minded, confident and curious, with the resilience to pick up the phone, ask good questions and create new conversations.
You'll ideally have:
Experience in business development, lead generation, outbound sales or a similar role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence speaking with decision-makers.
Good CRM and data-management skills.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
A proactive, target-driven approach.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience within marketing, digital, ecommerce, creative, technology, fulfilment or business services would be advantageous.
