Production Assembly Operative

Whether you have experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, electronics, jewellery making, crafts, model building, sewing, or any role requiring precision and attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you.

No previous assembly experience? No problem. Full training is provided.

As an Assembly Operative, you will play a key role in producing high-quality precision components for customers worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assembling precision-engineered components using detailed instructions and technical drawings
Using hand tools and magnification equipment (full training provided)
Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet exacting standards
Achieving production targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe

You'll ideally have:

Excellent attention to detail
Good manual dexterity and steady hands
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to stay focused and work accurately
Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, electronics, crafting, sewing or precision work experience (desirable but not essential)
