Head of Finance

Water & Infrastructure Sector | Midlands | Hybrid Working

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Head of Finance to lead our finance function and support the continued growth of a leading engineering and infrastructure business operating within the UK water sector.

This is a key leadership role responsible for financial strategy, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, governance, and commercial business partnering across major projects and programmes.

About You

* ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.

* Proven senior finance leadership experience.

* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence decision-making at Executive level.

* Experience in financial planning, reporting, audit and risk management.

* Skilled in leading and developing high-performing teams.

* Background in water, utilities, engineering, infrastructure or construction sectors is desirable.
