How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Graphics & Photography Teacher – Part Time

    South Birmingham
     September Start
     3 Days Per Week
     £200–£250 per day | £600–£750 per week

    Are you a creative Art specialist with a passion for Graphics and Photography?

    PK Education is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a South Birmingham secondary school looking for an enthusiastic and talented Graphics & Photography Teacher to join their creative team from September.

    This is a fantastic part-time opportunity, working 3 days per week, and would be ideal for an experienced Art Teacher looking to bring their wider creative skills into the classroom.

    The school is particularly keen to hear from teachers with an Art background who have strong experience or knowledge of Graphics and Photography.

    THE ROLE

    You will be responsible for delivering engaging, creative and inspiring lessons, helping students develop their technical skills, confidence and creativity across Graphics and Photography.

    We're looking for someone who can:

    Deliver engaging lessons across Art, Graphics and Photography
     Inspire students through practical and creative projects
     Encourage students to develop their own ideas and artistic styles
     Support students in developing their graphic design and photography skills
     Create a positive, inclusive and inspiring learning environment
     Maintain high standards of teaching, learning and behaviour

    The ideal candidate

    Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
    Has a strong Art / Creative Arts background
    Has experience teaching Graphics and/or Photography
    Has excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for the creative arts
    Is confident, engaging and able to inspire students
    Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills
