We are looking for an experienced Admissions Administrator to join a busy school Admissions team on a temporary basis.
This is a hands-on administration role with a strong systems and data focus, managing the student enrolment process from initial enquiry and application through to acceptance and registration.
Systems experience is key
Veracross experience would be a significant advantage, as the school is currently migrating from iSAMS to Veracross and would benefit enormously from someone with existing knowledge of the system.
We would also consider candidates with iSAMS or OpenApply experience, particularly those with strong practical experience using these systems within a school environment.
The ideal candidate will be highly confident with systems, technically capable and quick to learn new processes and platforms.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the full admissions and enrolment administration process
Process applications, offers, registrations and student records accurately
Maintain and update student data across admissions systems
Respond to prospective family enquiries via phone, email and in person
Coordinate school tours, shadow days and assessment appointments
Track applications and follow up outstanding information
Coordinate new student information and ensure relevant teams are prepared for arrivals
Work closely with Admissions, Academic, IT and Administration teams
Ensure all admissions records and documentation are accurate and up to date
About you
Previous Admissions Administration experience within a school or education setting is essential
Strong IT and systems skills with excellent attention to detail
Ideally, experience using Veracross
Alternatively, experience with iSAMS, OpenApply or a similar admissions management system
Confident working with data and learning new systems quickly
Highly organised with excellent communication skills
