As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a skilled and dedicated Personal Assistant - PA to join their team. The role of Personal Assistant - PA The Personal Assistant provides confidential, proactive, and professional administrative support to both Managing Director’s, enabling them to focus on the strategic management and growth of the business.
The postholder will be responsible for managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing business documentation and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. In addition, the role will undertake light office management duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Head Office and provide administrative support across the wider business where required. The successful candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
What we're looking for in the Personal Assistant -
PA Essential Qualifications
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics. Business Administration qualification or equivalent experience. Desirable Qualifications
• Level 3 Business Administration qualification. Executive PA or Executive Assistant training. Minute-taking qualification or experience. Essential
• Knowledge and Experience Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrator
. • Experience supporting senior managers or directors. Excellent diary and meeting management skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience handling confidential information.
Desirable
• Experience within construction, facilities management, engineering, or property services.
Experience organising company events.
Experience supporting senior leadership teams in an SME environment.
