CARPENTER / MULTI TRADER WITH SSSTS OR SMSTS
LOCATION: HASTINGS, TN34
CONTRACT DURATION:2 WEEKS
DAY RATE: £260 PER DAY

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter or Multi trader who holds an SMSTS or SSSTS Certificate to join an established project team on a new scheme in Hastings, TN34.

The ideal candidate will have a Carpentry or Multi-Trade background and will play a hands-on role in supporting the site team. The primary responsibility will be working alongside a site-based Multi-Trader to safely dismantle and remove an external steel staircase while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

* Support site operations while remaining hands-on.
* Assist with the safe removal of an external steel staircase.
* Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
* Communicate effectively with the site team and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Requirements

* Carpentry or Multi-Trade background (Preferred).
* Valid CSCS card.
* SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
* First Aid at Work qualification.
* Own tools.
* Strong practical, hands-on experience and the ability to lead by example.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
