The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

CCL Global is recruiting for multiple Waste & Decommissioning Technicians to support a major long-term nuclear waste management programme based in Oxfordshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing operation responsible for the safe handling, storage and movement of radioactive waste packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment.

Contract type: 12-Month Contract (insider IR35)
Shift Pattern: Days per Week (9.25-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
* Safe handling, movement and storage of radioactive waste packages.
* Operate overhead cranes and support lifting operations.
* Record and track waste movements using site systems.
* Assist with waste processing, packaging and storage activities.
* Carry out basic equipment maintenance and housekeeping.
* Support routine decontamination and waste management operations.
* Work safely in accordance with nuclear safety, HSE and quality procedures.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient operational delivery.
Essential Requirements
* Overhead Crane Operator certification.
* Experience working within an industrial, manufacturing, logistics or heavy engineering environment.
* Strong commitment to Health & Safety.
* Ability to work in PPE and controlled environments.
* Active SC Security Clearance.
Desirable
* Forklift Truck experience (training can be provided).
* Experience within nuclear, waste management or hazardous environments.
* City & Guilds, NVQ, BTEC or equivalent technical qualification.
