How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Interaction Engineering 

    TIG Welder Fabricator

    Location: Silverstone

    Our client is looking for an experienced TIG Welder Fabricator to join their growing team in Silverstone. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-precision fabrication projects, manufacturing components for Formula 1 teams and other high-performance engineering sectors.

    We're looking for someone with strong TIG welding and fabrication experience who takes pride in producing precision work to the highest standards in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Carry out high-quality TIG welding on a range of precision metal components and assemblies.
    Fabricate bespoke parts from engineering drawings and fabrication specifications.
    Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
    Assemble, tack, weld, and finish fabricated components to exacting standards.
    Use workshop machinery, hand tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
    Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and customer specifications.
    Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
    Work closely with the production team to deliver projects on time.

    The Ideal Candidate

    Previous experience as a TIG Welder Fabricator within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
    Highly skilled in TIG welding, producing high-quality, precision welds.
    Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
    Strong fabrication skills with excellent attention to detail.
    Experience working with stainless steel, aluminium, or other precision materials is advantageous.
    Able to work independently and as part of a team.
    Committed to producing work to the highest quality standards.
