The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We are working with a growing construction business specialising in cladding remediation projects, who are looking to appoint a Resident Liaison Officer on a permanent basis.

The Role
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the main point of contact for residents, keeping them informed throughout the works and helping to ensure projects run smoothly.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the main point of contact for residents throughout the project
* Keeping residents informed about upcoming works, access requirements and programme changes
* Carrying out resident visits and maintaining regular communication
* Dealing with queries, concerns and complaints in a professional manner
* Liaising with site teams, subcontractors and management to resolve issues
* Supporting residents who may be affected by the works
* Maintaining accurate records of resident communication and enquiries
* Assisting with newsletters, notices and other resident communications
* Building positive relationships with residents and ensuring a high level of customer service
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, Customer Liaison Officer or similar role
* Experience working within construction, refurbishment or social housing would be advantageous
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A professional and approachable manner
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* The ability to deal with difficult situations calmly and professionally
* Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping
* A proactive approach and the ability to work closely with site teams
