We currently have an opportunity for an experienced PA to support the Head of Department and HR Director.
We are seeking a highly organised, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support. This role, is ideal for someone who can manage competing priorities and ensure smooth daily operations
The role itself will report to the Head of department and HR Director and will require a proactive individual who is used to working under pressure!
You will provide support to the Fee Earner/Director and where applicable to assist in supporting the strategic needs of the business being met
Responsibilities:
* Diary Management: Scheduling meetings and managing complex calendars.
* Administration: Handling emails, correspondence, phone calls and typing dictation
* Organisation: Arranging travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
* Support: Preparing documents, reports, and managing expenses.
* System Management: To deal accurately with filing, storage and retrieval of clients’ files and in conjunction with other staff ensure that the files are kept in an orderly condition
* Client Support: To attend to clients both on the telephone and in person. To take and record accurately any messages and pass on to the appropriate person without unnecessary delay.
Experience to date:
* Previous experience as a PA, Secretary, or in a similar administrative role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong proficiency in IT (Microsoft Office Suite, diary management tools).
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
