This business operates within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sphere with a focus on innovation and partnership with leading clinical healthcare organisations. Based in London's West End, they have recognised a need for an Executive Assistant to them on an interim part-time basis (25 hours across 5 days).
Your new role
As an Executive Assistant within the business, the position will include the following:
Diary management for 2 C-Suite members
Inbox management / gatekeeping - act as a point of contract for enquiries from external sources including the management of incoming comms and redirecting to the appropriate person(s) or responding on behalf of Exec.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Organise travel/accommodation requirements on behalf of the Exec including liaising with Finance to process expense claims.
Provide cover for EA colleagues in their absence, as required.
What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant is a necessity for this position. Experience within the pharmaceutical industry would be beneficial but is not a requirement.
