We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trader for ongoing residential works in Mansfield, NG20.
Scope of Works Includes:
Installation and fixing of shower glass panels
Bathroom refurbishment works
Kitchen fitting and associated works
Roof maintenance including sealing around chimney areas
Roof sanding and preparation
Internal decorating works including staircases
General multi-trade duties as required on site
Requirements:
Proven experience as a multi-trader
Own professional tools (including impact drills, saws, and general trade equipment)
Strong attention to detail and high-quality finish
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable work history with references required
Good understanding of building standards and site safety
