Community neuro caseload across home and community settings: Stroke (ESD), ABI, MS, Parkinson’s, MND.
What you’ll do
- Functional, goal‑focused neuro rehab in the home
- Cognitive/perceptual assessment, upper‑limb rehab, fatigue/tone management
- Reablement, equipment/adaptations, seating/positioning
- Home visits, risk assessments, ESD and safe discharge planning
- MDT working and clear documentation (e.g., COPM, GAS, MoCA, ARAT)
What we’re looking for
- HCPC‑registered OT
- Recent Band 6 community neuro experience (NHS preferred)
- Confident with domiciliary assessments and risk management
- UK RTW + enhanced DBS
- Car driver
Nice to have: ESD stroke experience, splinting/positioning, Bobath handling.
