We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy, professional team in Eastleigh on an initial 12-week temporary assignment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys a varied administrative role, supporting day-to-day operations and helping to ensure services run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Managing shared inboxes, work queues and incoming requests, ensuring tasks are completed within required timeframes.
Maintaining accurate records, updating databases and processing confidential information.
Providing support to colleagues across the business via telephone, email and face-to-face communication.
Preparing correspondence, processing documentation and handling incoming and outgoing post.
Acting as a first point of contact for visitors and enquiries, delivering a professional and welcoming service.
Coordinating general administrative tasks, prioritising workloads and ensuring information is recorded accurately. About You
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and accurate data entry.
A professional, friendly approach with strong attention to detail.
