Duties
* Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
* Support the implementation of personalised care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
* Monitor and record residents' health status, reporting any concerns to senior staff promptly.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a friendly and respectful environment.
* Assist with medication administration as per training and protocols.
* Maintain cleanliness of personal spaces and communal areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
* Support with meal preparation and feeding when necessary, ensuring nutritional requirements are met.
* Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working within a carein the UK is essential
* Good understanding of care plans and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
* Basic IT skills for documentation purposes and updating records efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.
* Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to support vulnerable individuals’ well-being.
* Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
