An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident, customer focused Sales Executive to join our client’s growing team based in Nottingham. Our client is a well established market leader in the food industry and you will be joining a dynamic, stable team of driven sales and customer service professionals. The Sales Executive position is a phone based role where you’ll build and nurture strong, lasting relationships, identify sales opportunities and consistently work towards targets.

Sales Executive–Benefits

Sales Executive – The Role

* Managing customer orders over the phone and acting as a trusted product advisor

* Identifying upselling and cross selling opportunities during customer conversations

* Supporting customers with product knowledge and digital ordering platforms

* Analysing buying patterns to drive effective sales conversations

* Handling customer queries and objections professionally

* Working towards individual and team sales targets

Sales Executive – The Candidate

* Previous experience in a sales or customer facing role

* Confident and professional telephone manner

* Strong communication and relationship building skills

* Target-driven with a proactive approach to upselling

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn product knowledge
