A fast-growing health technology company is seeking a commercially focused Legal Counsel to join its collaborative legal team.

The Role
Working closely with the General Counsel and key stakeholders across the business, you will provide practical, commercially driven legal support on a broad range of matters, with a particular focus on:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Supporting the sales and commercial teams on customer and supplier agreements.
- Advising on data privacy, GDPR and related regulatory matters.
- Providing day-to-day legal guidance to business stakeholders.
- Supporting legal processes as the business continues to scale and evolve.
- Helping the organisation navigate emerging technologies, including AI-related initiatives.
About You
We are looking for a lawyer who combines strong technical legal skills with commercial pragmatism and the confidence to operate independently.
You will likely have:
- A minimum of 3 years' PQE gained in-house and/or private practice.
- Experience within a technology, SaaS, digital health, health tech or broader healthcare-focused business.
- Strong commercial contracts experience.
- Exposure to data privacy and regulatory matters.
- The ability to build trusted relationships across a business and influence stakeholders effectively.
- A self-starter mentality and the confidence to work autonomously in a lean legal team.
- A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach, understanding how to balance legal risk with commercial objectives.
- The resilience and adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
