The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join a busy manufacturing team. You will be responsible for assembling products to technical specifications while maintaining high quality standards and meeting production targets.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing or assembly experience who enjoys hands-on work within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities as an Assembler
* Assemble products and components to technical drawings, work instructions, and company standards
* Carry out assembly duties including riveting, crimping, forming, paint preparation, end fitting, and labelling
* Read and interpret technical assembly drawings and manufacturing documentation
* Follow detailed routes, bills of materials, and standard operating procedures
* Operate machinery and equipment safely to support assembly activities
* Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and workmanship
* Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste
* Communicate any production issues, defects, or obstacles to supervisors promptly
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Work collaboratively within the production team
* Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures
* Demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
Skills & Experience as an Assembler
* Previous experience within a manufacturing or assembly environment
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions
* Experience using assembly tools, machinery, and production equipment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Understanding of health, safety, and environmental procedures within manufacturing
* Flexible attitude and willingness to learn new skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
