My client is a main contractor that requires a Tenant Liaison Officer for one of its projects.
In agreement with housing association client they would like a they would like an experienced TLO to join the team.
They are working on a care home , making alterations and interior upgrades to the property.
The position in mind is a single site in Todmorden, they require the TLO to be sat on the project being the point of contact between resident and contractor.

You will be a personable but professional individual, ensuring the works can be carried out with minimal interruption to the residence.
Dealing with contractors and trades daily basis. Then relaying and communicating to the residence the details of what works will be undertaken. You will have experience as a Tenant liaison officer dealing with local authorities.

You will be able to manage your own time and diary, working well with own initiative and motivation. Ensuring projects are completed, with a good representation of the contractor.
