The Opportunity
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business looking to add an experienced MIG/TIG Welder Fabricator to their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong TIG welding experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work. You'll be working with both carbon steel and stainless steel, manufacturing bespoke components to engineering drawings in a clean and professional workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out high-quality MIG and TIG welding (TIG experience is essential)
Fabricate and assemble components from engineering drawings
Read and interpret manufacturing drawings accurately
Check dimensions and product specifications
Ensure all parts are correctly fitted and aligned
Maintain high quality standards throughout production
Report any defects, faults, or product issues
Work efficiently to production schedules
Health & Safety
Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times
Wear the appropriate PPE
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
Report accidents, near misses, and equipment faults promptly
About You
Minimum 3 years' welding and fabrication experience
Strong TIG welding skills (essential)
Confident working with carbon steel and stainless steel
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
Excellent attention to detail and quality
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team
A weld test will form part of the interview process.
