The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join a growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment supporting both customers and internal sales teams.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the sales process, maintaining accurate customer records, processing orders and documentation, and providing exceptional support to customers throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team.
Process customer orders, documentation and sales requests accurately and efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date customer records using the company's CRM system.
Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
Support the onboarding of new customers and ensure all required documentation is completed.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Prepare reports and update internal trackers as required.
Assist with quotations, sales administration and customer follow-up activities.
Help organise customer meetings and maintain regular communication with key accounts.
Ensure all customer information is accurate and compliant with company processes.
Provide administrative support to other departments during busy periods where required.
Experience & Knowledge
Previous experience in a Sales Administration, Customer Service, Sales Support or Account Support role.
Experience working with both new and existing customers.
Confident using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar experience beneficial).
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Experience supporting a commercial or sales function.
Previous experience working within a small or medium-sized business would be advantageous.
Financial services experience is not required.

Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
