Service Advisor – Main Dealership –  £28,500 - crewe

Our client is a main dealership and have the requirements for an experienced, high performing Service Advisor to join their successful Aftersales team in crewe

Role - Service Advisor 
Salary - £28,500 With an OTE £34,500
Location - Crewe
Hours - Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am-12:00pm

Key role and responsibilities for this Service Advisor role in crewe

Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
Sell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs
Advise on timescales and collection arrangements
Produce job cards on in-house computer system
Update customer and vehicle records
Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
Preparation and completion of invoicesMinimum requirements for this Service Advisor role in crewe

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role is preferred.
2 years dealership experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
Confident using computer systems.
A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
A full UK driving licence is desirable.
