Job Title: Clinical Administrator - Private clinic!
Department: Operations Team
Location: London, NW1 (Clinic-based, 5 days a week)
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
Working Pattern: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 Annually

Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Administrator, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth operations within the clinic. Your responsibilities will include:

Monitoring the admin team inbox and responding to emails promptly.
Answering incoming calls with professionalism, taking messages from patients and customers.
Greeting patients and visitors, updating appointment diaries, and ensuring they feel comfortable.
Handling deliveries and facilitating access for service providers.
Booking appointments for private and non-private patients and liaising with referring consultants.
Compiling monthly stationery orders and maintaining tidy communal areas.
Performing general office duties, including photocopying and scanning.What We're Looking For:

Excellent time management and reliability.
Strong communication skills to maintain effective collaboration with the admin and clinical teams.
Ability to prioritise workloads and manage conflicting requests.
A professional and polite telephone manner.
Proficiency in ICT, particularly Microsoft packages.
