Role Summary:
An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a busy and supportive property team in Cheltenham. You’ll manage your own caseload of residential property matters while benefiting from strong administrative support, modern systems, and a collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing a caseload of residential property matters: Develop autonomy and ownership of files
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity: Build technical expertise across transactions
• Liaising with clients, agents and lenders: Strengthen professional relationships and communication skills
• Ensuring files progress efficiently: Maintain quality service and client satisfaction
• Supporting junior team members where appropriate: Develop leadership experience
Requirements:
• Experience handling residential conveyancing files
• Strong organisational and case management skills
• Confident client communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
