NEW BUILD STEEL FRAME
Description
Large main contractor who specialise in industrial warehouse, and commercial new build projects across the country.
We are looking for a solid number 1 Site manager who has delivered new build steel frame projects from start to finish in the past. Solid 10+ months of work on site with future projects in Kent so could be longer.
Responsibilities
-Day to day managing of all site works
-Managing all sub-contractors
-Managing health and safety
-Quality Assurance
Requirements
-Must have current CSCS, SMSTS, First aid
-Confident communicator with a proactive approach
-New Build Steel Frame experience
