How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    An iconic and reputable organisation is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join the team.

    The Senior Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and delivering a high-performing digital marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and online sales growth. This role will take ownership of the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns across key channels, ensuring activity is aligned with brand objectives and delivers on KPIs.

    The working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00 and Friday 09:00 to 13:00 and the client does offer the opportunity to work from home occasionally.

    General duties of Senior Digital Marketing Executive include:

    * Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with brand and commercial objectives

    * Work with team to plan digital marketing budgets to maximise ROI and efficiency

    * Create and deliver detailed digital marketing plans to support product launches and ongoing brand campaigns

    * Analyse digital marketing and social media trends across the industry and utilise within brand

    * Manage end-to-end digital campaign execution across channels including Paid Social, PPC, SEO/SEM, Display, Programmatic, Affiliate partnerships and Email Marketing.

    * Monitor Ad performance across platforms

    * Analyse digital marketing performance, and provide monthly reporting with clear insights and recommendations

    * Monitor online sales performance and deliver actionable reporting to drive revenue growth

    * Drive increased brand awareness, website traffic, and customer acquisition through effective digital activity

    * Manage external agencies to ensure delivery against agreed KPIs, budgets, and timelines

    * Oversee email marketing strategy and execution to grow and engage the customer database

    * Act as the digital expert within the brand, identifying trends, new tools, algorithm changes and emerging platforms

    * Continuously test, learn, and implement new digital marketing approaches to improve performance

    * Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the website, working closely with relevant stakeholders

    * Use tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to monitor and optimise performance

    * Collaborate with the team to deliver cohesive, on-brand digital campaigns

    * Work closely with the Marketing & Social Media Exec, Videographer and graphic designer to develop high-quality marketing assets

    * Support the growth of audiences, customer database, and online revenue with a focus on profitability

    Key Skills and Experience required of Senior Digital Marketing Executive:

    * Commercially driven and highly analytical digital marketing professional, with a proven track record of delivering measurable growth across multiple digital channels

    * Strong understanding of how to balance brand-building activity with performance marketing, ensuring campaigns not only reach the right audiences but also convert effectively into sales

    * Confident in working within set budgets, interpreting complex performance data, using insight to continually refine and optimise activity

    * A deep working knowledge of key digital platforms and tools—including Meta, TikTok, PPC, SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing and programmatic advertising—is essential, alongside hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Google Ads

    * Experience managing external agencies and internal stakeholders
