The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

This role plays a critical part in interpreting global regulations and customer needs, transforming them into robust technical requirements that guide vehicle efficiency and ensure compliance for future product development.
Key Responsibilities:-
Requirements Definition:
Interpret and translate the Voice of the Customer, global regulations, and business objectives into a clear, concise set of requirements related to Vehicle Efficiency.
Technical Requirement Authoring:
Develop high‑quality technical requirements that drive and influence engineering decisions, including determining appropriate test cases to validate compliance with approved requirements.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
Build and maintain strong working relationships with commodity teams, compliance, legislation, and certification departments through effective communication and alignment activities.
Systems & Features Support:
Provide guidance to system and feature owners in generating child requirements necessary to fulfil Integrated Efficiency Management (IEM) objectives.
Future Market & Regulatory Insight:
Proactively monitor evolving technology, regulatory changes, and market trends to recommend new requirements, removal of obsolete ones, or updates to ensure continued relevance for future products and services.Skills and Experience:-
Experience in Technical Authoring
Engineering background with evidence of a methodical, structured approach to problem solving
Strong communication skills and teamwork - ability to work cross functionally with a wide range of customers at all levels in the business.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to use data and visualisations to articulate complex risks, opportunities and recommendations in an easily digestible way.
Able to deliver quality and consistency in a complex, highly demanding environment. Education:
