This is a temporary contract with the potential to extend depending on workload.
The successful candidate will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on domestic properties across the Sunderland area. Work will include laying felt, replacing tiles, flat/pitched roof repairs and repairing guttering.
You will receive:
£20 P/H - £22 P/H. Weekly paid (Umbrella or CIS)
Hours:
8:00am - 16:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am - 14:00pm on Friday. 36 hours per week.
Requirements:
Relevant trade qualification
Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
Full UK driving license
Asbestos Awareness (or willingness to undertake the online course)
Working at heights (or willingness to undertake the online course)
Manual Handling (or willingness to undertake the online course)
