Are you an experienced Bookkeeper or Accounts Assistant looking for a flexible part-time opportunity with a growing business? We're seeking a confident finance professional who can hit the ground running and provide hands-on support across bookkeeping and accounts functions.
✨ What You'll Be Doing:
Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and accounts administration
Processing invoices, payments and financial records accurately
Supporting with reconciliations and maintaining organised financial documentation
Liaising with HMRC and ensuring compliance with relevant requirements
Reviewing and improving existing accounting processes where appropriate
Working closely with the business to support upcoming busy periods and events from January onwards
✅ What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a Bookkeeper, Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and HMRC requirements
Experience using accounting software (currently QuickBooks, but open to alternative systems)
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and confidently manage workloads
Available to start from 2nd November
