What You'll Do:
Drafting and formatting legal documents, including briefs, motions, and correspondence.
Managing schedules and appointments for lawyers, ensuring timely communication and organisation.
Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information for cases.
Maintaining and organising case files, both physical and electronic.
Handling client inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanour.
Supporting a busy fee earning team and billing and administration.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Legal Secretary.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools.
