We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading PLC House Builder for an exciting opportunity on a flagship 280-unit residential development in Heybridge, Essex. The Role
Working alongside the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of this large-scale development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with the management of all on-site operations
Coordinating subcontractors and trades on a daily basis
Monitoring build programmes and maintaining site progress
Managing health and safety across the development
Conducting quality inspections and snagging
Ensuring NHBC standards are achieved throughout construction
Supporting customer care during handover stages
Maintaining site records and reporting progress to senior management
About You
We are looking for someone with proven house building experience who is eager to progress their career with a respected developer.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within volume house building
Strong knowledge of traditional build construction methods
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to drive production whilst maintaining quality standards
Good understanding of NHBC requirements
Positive, proactive attitude and strong leadership potential
Essential Qualifications
SMSTS or SSSTS
CSCS Card
First Aid at Work
Full UK Driving Licence
