Role Summary
A growing organisation is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Quotation & Project Support Assistant to contribute to both commercial activities and project delivery. This role is central to producing accurate cost estimates, supporting project coordination, and maintaining clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities
+Support the creation, review, and submission of customer quotations
+Interpret client requests, specifications, and technical drawings to assist with pricing
+Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers
+Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
+Ensure adherence to internal procedures and quality standards
+Maintain structured and accessible digital filing systems
Skills & Experience
Essential
+Experience in a similar role involving estimating, quotations, project coordination, or operational support
+Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
+Numerical confidence, particularly when working with cost-related data
+Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
+Competence in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
