We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various Warehouse tasks, including picking, packing loading & unloading with heavy lifting involved, ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities.
Shift hours: 06:00-15:00 or 14:00-23:00 Monday to Friday
Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative
* Picking using rf scanner or picking sheets, packing of items
* Loading and unloading of goods
* Heavy lifting involved up to 20KG.
* Operating warehouse management systems (WMS) inventory control and order processing
* Assisting with shipping and receiving procedures to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods
* Handling materials safely and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols at all times
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse space
Requirements of a Warehouse Operative
* Proven experience in warehouse operations
* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks throughout shifts
