The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to take ownership of upcoming care home and healthcare construction projects in Lincoln.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong site professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and takes pride in delivering projects safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality.
You will play a key role in managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating teams and subcontractors, maintaining compliance, and ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of site operations.
Ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project programmes and deadlines.
Supervise and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site personnel.
Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant health & safety regulations, construction standards, and quality requirements.
Ensure projects remain on programme and work is delivered in accordance with predetermined schedules.
Liaise professionally with clients, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
Identify and resolve site-based issues quickly and effectively.
Monitor workmanship and ensure projects are delivered to the required quality standards.
Maintain accurate compliance documentation, inspection records, and site reports using the company's digital software systems.
Promote a positive safety culture and ensure all site personnel follow appropriate procedures and standards.
Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high standards of communication and organisation.
About You
We are seeking a confident and proactive Site Manager with proven construction experience and the ability to take ownership of site delivery.
You will ideally have:
Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar position within the construction industry.
Experience working on care home, healthcare, commercial, refurbishment, or similar construction projects would be highly advantageous.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of construction processes, health & safety requirements, and quality standards.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving site issues.
Good computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Word and general digital/word-processing software.
The ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

GCSE or equivalent preferred.
